Celebrities Rehab Centers

We Can Offer A Safe Place To Rehab Away From The Stress Of Everyday Life

Drug abuse and addiction places no restrictions on age, race, gender, or religion. Celebrities are no different with respect to acquiring an addiction. Substance abuse and mental illness is something that most celebrities and public figures do not want to talk about. There is a public perception that celebrities are a cut above the average individual, and that this is why they have made it to where they are. Add to that the world does a fantastic job of making celebrities look flawless, thinner, more attractive, and even taller. When such celebrities fall prey to an addiction, it makes it difficult for them to seek help. Many feel that public scrutiny would damage their career beyond repair.

The Stress of Being a Celebrity

Most people give little sympathy to highly paid celebrities who are found to have a drug or alcohol abuse problem. The reality is that being a celebrity often comes with tremendous stresses and emotional ups and downs. They are burdened by stress, and psychological burdens that most people are not privy to. For many people, the simple stress of everyday living is enough to push them over the edge into a world of addiction.
Also consider the fact that celebrities, by the very nature of their status, have access to far more cash than the average individual would have access to. This makes it easy for many celebrities to fall prey to alcohol and illegal drugs. The act of admitting there is a drug problem, and seeking help, is a brave act for anyone.

Many celebrities under the spotlight are uncertain how the world will react to the knowledge they have a substance abuse problem. The reality is that their career is not the only thing they have to worry about. Interpersonal relationships are at risk when addiction is in play. Friends will distance themselves, and family members will struggle from not knowing what the addicted individual will do next.

Seeking Treatment

Once a celebrity has come to terms with the fact their health is the top priority in their life, they may be ready to seek clinical help. Celebrities do have an advantage in that their financial status allows them to seek help in exclusive settings away from the public’s eye.

Detox and Rehab

Once admitted to a treatment facility, the first step is to endure the detoxification process. This can be the most difficult part of the treatment process. The body has come to need its harmful substance, and suddenly removing the substance can cause serious withdrawal symptoms. Professional, clinical help is always recommended for anyone. Trying to detox alone can be dangerous, even deadly for some.

At Sprout Health California Detox, we understand addiction and can help our clients through detox and rehab. We can administer medication that address co-occurring mental illnesses as well. We believe strongly in applying cognitive behavioral therapies to a patient’s program. Patients fare better when they learn how their behaviors are the result of certain ways of thinking.

Sprout Health California Detox also believes that families and friends, at the request of the patient, should get involved in the counseling process. Friends and family members can be a tremendous asset for helping their loved one to regain control of their life.

Inpatient Treatment

Inpatient treatment is usually recommended when the client has a serious addiction problem. At our facility, the client has access to clinical support 24/7. All access to illicit drugs or alcohols is removed. Our goal is to guide the patient through detox and to administer therapies that will address any co-occurring illnesses. We also give our clients the tools to identify and cope with triggers that can cause them to relapse. Their length of stay depends on their level of addiction, how long they abused drugs or alcohol, and their general state of health.

Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient treatment is less intensive, but just as effective. Patients have greater control over their addiction and can be trusted to follow their program to the letter. They must check into the clinic every day, but are allowed to return home at the end of their daily session. This allows them to return home and bond with family members and friends.

If you or a loved one has an addiction problem, contact us today and let us help you gain control over your addiction. We can guarantee your privacy in a clinical environment that has all the treatments and amenities needed to help you achieve a full recovery.
